Zach Dispirito

Hi there, I’m Zach! I received my education from Heidelberg University and have been practicing for roughly one year and am currently working under supervision of Claudia Taylor, LPCC-S. I am grateful to work with all sorts of experiences, typically, but not only related to, anxiety, depression, shame, self-doubt, relationships/attachment concerns, and self-esteem. I enjoy using an integrated approach to counseling, utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy to challenge those unhelpful thoughts and write & re-write your story, with a foundation of feminist and person-centered theories. Because you are the expert on you, I use a collaborative approach to counseling, ensuring that your wellness is achieved & maintained the way that works best for you. Together, I’d be honored to support you in setting your goals, overcoming your barriers, and getting you set on your path toward living the life you want.

Leah Aki Wood

If you’re looking for a space in your life to have some breathing room for yourself and to explore who you are and how you got here, I hope to provide that. It is my priority to develop an understanding of where you're coming from and where you want to go. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depressed moods, life transitions, and concerns related to identity and relational experiences. In session we may explore how your past informs your present, clarify what matters to you, draw attention to how you experience your body, and learn new skills for how to navigate daily life. My approach is eclectic and draws primarily from Gestalt therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Pain is not something you have to experience alone. I believe we can find a way forward together. It is an honor to be a counselor, and I hope to have the opportunity to meet you.

I am practicing under the supervision of Claudia Taylor, LPCC-S.
